We are very excited to share a new series of nutrition workshops based on the EATBetter Guide. The format will be a digital interactive session where you will get to do the work and learn - with lots of time for questions.
These workshops will leave the theory behind and get to the nitty gritty details of implementation. Learn and share tips and tricks to make eating healthier easier.
Power Packed Lunches Virtual Cook-Along
Tired of relying on take out sandwiches and sad leftovers for lunch?
Time to do a bit of meal prep!
In this virtual cook along workshop, we’ll be making recipes in real time that you can stock in your fridge for a week of healthy lunches to go.
By the end of the hour, you’ll have:
1 week before the workshop, you’ll receive the full PREP LIST with all the equipment and ingredients you’ll need.
Full recipes will be sent out the morning of the workshop and we’ll spend the hour cooking them together virtually in our kitchens!
