Introducing the Vital Longevity Program
The Vital Longevity Program is an opportunity for you to develop your own personalized longevity strategy. It is built around the concept of Precision Health Tune-up's - four to six cycles of assessment, coaching and reassessments.
You will work closely and intensely with Dr. Brendan Byrne who will guide you to develop your personalized strategy, clearing through the noise and helping you make the right choices for your unique biology.

Program Details
- Comprehensive assessments every 4 - 6 months - medical, fitness with optional V02 Max, nutrition, body composition and laboratory investigations with optional advanced testing including advanced genetics, microbiome, telomeres, hormones and molecular medicine testing, as it makes sense for your program.
- Intensive medical coaching (monthly 45 min 1:1 sessions with MD) - this is your opportunity to deeply understand the right strategy for you.
- Fitness programming and ongoing coaching - optional personal training.
- Personalized nutrition programming based on your individual vital longevity strategy.
- Mindfulness training
- Unlimited access to the Wellness Garage team - we are your own 'pit crew', ready to help and support you at any time in your program.
Program Commitment
- Time - the behavioral approach requires significant time - up to 10+ hours per week. In fact in some ways we think that the right people for this program will orient themselves as 'vitality athletes'. The other aspect of the time commitment is our requirement that program members commit to at least 12 months or 3 Precision Health Tune-up cycles.
- Financial - much of this program is uninsured as it goes well beyond the medically necessary framework of MSP; as a result, participating in the Vital Longevity Project will represent a significant financial commitment with uninsured costs for both the program and advanced testing.
