Following a comprehensive Lifestyle Medicine Assessment (covered by MSP) leverage insights from our nutritionist or registered dietician to build a holistic plan for your health transformation.
Medically-supervised nutrition assessment to thoroughly assess your lifestyle behaviours, and help you develop an individualized, sustainable plan for change.
Three sessions include:
- A detailed nutrition history, dietary preferences and food sensitivities
- Education about your optimal food choices to meet your goals
- Sample meal plans
- Goal setting and follow up accountability
