Plant Based Cooking - Single Workshop
The Wellness Garage Cafe is pleased to offer a series of workshops aimed at helping you discover easy, practical ways to increase your intake of healthy plant-based foods. Participants will come away with new recipes, knowledge and skills to try in the kitchen. Food samples, kombucha and snacks included!
Thursday- January 23rd “Meatless Mondays!” - Including bean burritos and guacamole. Led by: Jason McLaughan
Tuesday- January 28th “Quick and Simple Vegan Breakfast to keep you full all morning!” - Including: eggless pancakes and overnight oats. Led by: Jason MacLaughlan
Tuesday-February 4th “Impress Your Date in Time for Valentines Day!”- Strategies for creating a fabulous low-carb pasta dinner and dessert. Led by: Jason McLaughlan
Tuesday February 11th “Eat the Rainbow”- Learn how a variety of veggies are vital to healthy eating while creating a colourful Pad Thai! Led by: Ollvia Szotek
Thursday February 20th “Eating for Energy”- Make creations to keep your energy up all day without caffeine, including: green smoothies, elixirs and power snacks. Led by: Ollvia Szotek
