What you can expect:
A healing practice perfect for beginners, seniors or anyone who is looking for a slower paced, gentle style of Yoga! This class will run for 75 minutes, complete with mindfulness concepts, breathing & meditation techniques and Yoga poses to open and refresh the mind and body. You will experience a reduction in stress, an increase in flexibility and the ability to handle life situations with greater ease.
What to bring:
Sweat pants and a hoodie! Or anything comfortable to move in, as well as a yoga mat (if you have one), and a water bottle.
