Better Breakfasts Virtual Cook Along Workshop
What do I eat for breakfast?! is one of the most common questions we get from members who are trying to improve their nutrition habits.
Join us Monday, May 31 at 11am for an interactive “cook along” workshop with Liz, nutritionist and trained holistic personal chef, to learn how to start the day NOURISHED. (Bye bye breakfast cereals and freezer waffles!)
We’ll be making 3 recipes together- you’ll have the option to simply observe the workshop or to purchase the ingredients ahead of time and make the recipes in your own kitchen.
What’s on the menu:

- Quickie breakfast skillet
- Life changing muffins
Upon registration you’ll receive an email with an ingredient and supplies list for each recipe, if you’d like to pick them up and cook along. All recipes are gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian.
